How much will it cost me for a locksmith?
Well, this depends on the locksmith service you require. We do not have a call out fee and offer a free no obligation quote, and the price you are quoted for is the price that you pay! We have no hidden fees!
Do you fix window locks and handles, as well as doors?
Yes! We fix all UPVC doors and windows, double glazed windows, wooden window locks, sash window locks and more. As locksmiths, we fix all common window lock problems:

- Broken window lock handles
When I call, do I speak to a locksmith?
Yes! We are a small, family run business. We are not a call centre or agency. The person you will speak with is the actual locksmith, who will be doing the job if required and will be able to answer any questions, as they are an experienced locksmith.
Will you damage my door to gain entry?
We always try non-destructive entry first, but in some cases, it is not possible to gain entry without damaging the lock, which we can replace. We will not damage the door, just the lock, if we cannot get in non-destructively. As a professional locksmith, non-destructive entry is always our preferred method. We will not damage your door!
Can I book an appointment for a locksmith to visit?
Yes! Most of the work we do is by pre-booked appointment. Emergency callouts are only one of the services we provide as a professional locksmith.
Do I get a guarantee when you are finished?
Yes! We offer a 12-month guarantee minimum, on all parts fitted. If for some reason you are not happy with the work completed, we will always come back until you are 100% satisfied. We believe as a professional locksmith, our customer service before, during and after, is second to none!
What locks do you fit? Are they secure?
We fit a wide range of locks, but all the locks we fit are secure and from trusted brands and suppliers. We are confident and comfortable, that the locks we fit are the best available to our customers. We are proud and trusted suppliers of a wide range of Ultion locks, including the 3 star plus, the 3 star and 1 star (when fitted with the 2-star handles), which are covered by the Ultion £2000 burglary guarantee.
